Perishable Goods
A limited number of Georgette's gift selections contain
chocolate or other perishable/temperature sensitive food items. Georgette's reserves the right to substitute a product of comparabe value for the
perishable item in a gift pack when weather conditions warrant the switch.
Customers who live in a warm climate or whose region experiences seasonally
high temperatures can contact customer service to learn more about the
alternate fair trade food product that will be shipped.

NOTE: There is no free shipping on coffee by the bag with the exception of the Coffee of the Month Club program.

General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold by Georgettes.org within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  Refunds will be credited within 5-7 working days of our receipt of the product.

Non-returnable items

The following types of items may not be returned:

  • Fresh roasted coffee
  • Perishable or food items
  • CDs or DVDs that have been opened, unless they are defective
  • Gift cards

Customers who have a quality issue with any Georgette’s coffee or food product can contact customer service at 800-867-8889 to resolve the issue.  Remedies may include shipping a substitute product or issuing a store credit. 

Holiday Returns
Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.
Items shipped between November 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 may be returned until January 31, 2009 for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions.
